Financing
Refinance & Cash-Out
Replace a loan that is coming due, lower your payment, or take cash out of a property that has grown in value.
A new loan pays off the old one. With a cash-out refinance, the new loan is bigger and you keep the difference, within the new lender's limits.
A good fit when
- Your loan matures in the next year or two
- Rates or your property's income have improved
- You want cash for another deal or improvements
